Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the pet within 30 days of the original purchase date. The pet must be in good health and condition, along with all original documentation and accessories. A restocking fee may apply.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned pet, a refund may be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that any shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.

Health Guarantee:
All of our pets come with a health guarantee to ensure that they are free from genetic health issues. In the unlikely event that a pet is found to have a genetic health issue within the first year, we will provide a full refund or replacement animal.
